- Guided fishing tours for dawn and dusk expeditions.

- Private charter services for groups.
- Conservation education programs.

2. Booking and Payments
- Reservation: All services must be booked in advance, either through our online platform or by contacting us directly. Availability is subject to demand.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking for most services, unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our site.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Cancellation and Refunds

Customer Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the service date may be eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative fees.
- Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days prior to the service date may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the service date are non-refundable.
- Operator Cancellations: Sembawang Anglers reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, mechanical failure, or safety concerns. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
4. Participant Responsibilities
- Safety: Participants must follow all instructions given by our guides and staff. Safety is paramount, and any disregard for safety instructions may result in termination of the service without refund.
- Equipment Care: Renters of fishing equipment are responsible for its care and return in good condition. Damage beyond normal wear and tear may incur repair or replacement costs.
- Health and Fitness: Participants should be in good physical health and disclose any medical conditions that may affect their participation in fishing activities.
- Conservation: We advocate for sustainable fishing practices. Participants are expected to adhere to all local fishing regulations and our conservation guidelines regarding catch limits, protected species, and marine environment respect.
5. Limitation of Liability
Sembawang Anglers will take all reasonable measures to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our customers. However, participation in recreational fishing and marine activities inherently involves risks. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that Sembawang Anglers, its employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or expense, including special or consequential damages, arising directly or indirectly from your participation, unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our online platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Sembawang Anglers or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
